Refund policy

For distance selling (where the parties are not physically present at the same time), consumers have, under Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods (or from acceptance of the offer of services) to make up their mind. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, Arsayo must refund the full amount paid by the customer, or exchange the item free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.

In the event of a refund, a transfer of the amount paid, excluding delivery costs, will be made to the bank account used for the purchase. Exchanges and refunds will only be carried out after the quality of the returned items has been checked. Items must not have been used or have suffered any damage, however minor. They must be returned in their original packaging, intact, together with any accessories. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted. The cost of returning the bag is borne by the customer. In the case of an exchange, Arsayo may ask for a contribution towards the round-trip shipping costs via a pick-up point.

This contract is governed by French law. Arsayo cannot be held liable for damage of any kind that may result from improper use of the products sold. Arsayo's liability shall in any event be limited to the price of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in presenting the products. In the event of difficulty in applying this contract, the buyer may, before taking any legal action, seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional trade association, a consumer association or any other adviser of their choice. Please note that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal warranty or the duration of the contractual warranty. Please note that, as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty requires the buyer to honour their financial commitments towards the seller.
