Shipping policy

After confirmation of the order, Arsayo undertakes to respect the average delivery time indicated on the site at the time of the order. However this period does not constitute a delay of rigor and the Arsayo company will not be able to see its responsibility engaged in case of delayed delivery or out of stock.

Orders are shipped by Chronopost (French Post office services, for France and European Union) and DHL (international).

In case of delay, the liability of Arsayo can not be incurred. No compensation can be claimed by the customer.

Your package will be delivered to the post address you indicate or made available in the post office you depend on.

It is your responsibility at the time of receipt of the delivery to check immediately this one and to formulate the reserves with the carrier "Post office" by letter within 3 days.

Arsayo can not be held liable for delivery delays for specific external events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

If you have not yet received your product or precise information via the on-line tracking of your delivery within 7 working days following  your order, we propose you to check directly to your post office.

Moreover, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country or the receipt of the order.

All orders placed on the site are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of products shall refrain from any partial or total resale of the products. Arsayo disclaims any legal liability if payment of the fees is not made by the customer. For France and the countries of the EEC, the company Arsayo reserves the choice of the routing: the Post, Chronopost or any carrier of its choice.
