At Arsayo, we put quality and customer satisfaction at the heart.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in every stitch and detail of our backpacks. They are all rigorously manufactured and checked by us before each shipment. But to err is human and sometimes a detail can escape us, or a stitching is weak and … crack, it's a disaster.

Well, no, nothing dramatic. The good news is that we can repair your bag, and for free !



How does it work?


1- You send an email to info@arsayo.com with one or more photos of the problem as well as your information.


2- We will respond to you as quickly as possible (48 hours on average) and confirm the repair.


3- Ideally, you drop off the bag at our Parisian store, otherwise we plan to send it with a contribution from you of €8 for the round trip to the relay point.

-> Please note, if your bag was purchased less than 2 months ago, we will cover 100% of the costs!


4- Your bag is repaired by hand in 2 or 3 working days by our seamstress, and you collect it in store or at a relay point!



What is covered by the warranty:
- Undone seam
- Missing seam
- Zipper that opens
- Zipper carriage undone
- Damaged or lost closing tab
- Broken buckle
- Damaged tab pressure
- Torn lining
- Torn interior pocket or scratch

 

What is not covered by the warranty: 
- Interior or exterior task.
- Cut or burn
- Degraded interior lining
- Degradation of matter
- Degradation of the zipper teeth
- Cut or damaged adjustment strap.

In the event of a lost closing tab, we will send you a new one free of charge by post. :)

If you notice a defect on a product you have just received, contact us as soon as possible so that we can exchange it!

This warranty applies to backpacks. For our other products, excluding new defects, repairs are not always possible, you can still contact us to check what is possible.

Repairs are available for France and Europe only.
