Shipping policy

Once your order is confirmed, Arsayo undertakes to dispatch the products as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and dispatched from Tuesday to Saturday, within 48 hours. 

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the website at the time of ordering. They may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas, the sales, etc. Arsayo cannot be held liable for late delivery or items being out of stock.

For mainland France and the European Union, orders are shipped to a pickup point by UPS and Mondial Relay, or to your home by La Poste. International parcels are sent by UPS or FedEx. Arsayo may use any other carrier if necessary.

If delivery is delayed because of an external event (strikes, incidents, natural disasters, etc.) or a failure on the part of the partner carrier, Arsayo cannot be held liable. The customer may not claim any compensation.

 

Your parcel will be delivered to the postal address you provided, or made available at the pickup point nearest to you or the one you selected when ordering.

On receiving your delivery, it is your responsibility to check it immediately and to notify the carrier of any reservations by email within 3 days. Do not accept damaged parcels and gather as much evidence as possible (photos and videos) that could be useful to us.

If you have not yet received your parcel, or precise information through the online tracking of your delivery, within 7 working days of your order, please let us know. 

 

Shipping outside the European Union

For deliveries outside mainland France and outside the European Union, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of the products, customs duties and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.
