The zip pulls fold down against the back of the bag, where they are held in place by press studs. It is then impossible to open the bag without the wearer feeling it on their back.
This one-of-a-kind system is patented and has won the French Ministry of the Interior medal and 2 Gold Medals at the Concours Lépine (2016 and 2018).

J'ai offert ce sac à dos à ma fille qui prend les transports en commun tous les jours et pratique le vélo. Elle en ai satisfaite, un petit inconvénient, la pochette extérieur qui se situe dans le dos est gênante lorsque que l'on met des choses dedans.
Il s’agit de mon premier achat Chez Arsayo. J’ai opté pour ce sac Nomade avec bretelles ajustables. Bien que le produit soit vraiment d’excellente qualité, la version Nomade est trop grande pour moi. J’ai pris la décision de l’échanger pour le modèle Original.
J’ai contacté Arsayo qui a su répondre très rapidement à mes attentes. J’ai renvoyé mon sac NOMADE et je suis en attente de mon sac Original qui je l’espère me conviendra mieux.
En utilisant, je constate que le sac à dos manque de poches extérieures comme un compartiment pour la gourde et une autre pour de petites affaires ; ce serait mieux si la poche discrète en bas de bras (bandoulière) soit un peu plus grande (la carte navigo n'entre pas avec son étui) et qu'il y en ait une autre à l'opposée.
Ce sac était trop grand pour moi ou plutôt je suis trop petit...alors j'ai demandé un échange. J'ai pris un modèle en S...il est magnifique ,très commode avec toutes ses poches et sécurisé. L'échange à été très simple et rapide. L'entretien téléphonique avec la personne de la boutique a été efficace et très agréable. Je la remercie sincèrement pour son aide.
Mon mari est ravi de cet achat. Comme moi, c'est le 2ème sac qu'il possède (les 1ers ayant été achetés l'année de leur création. Ils ont donc faits de très très nombreux voyages donc très utilisés). Nous n'aurions pas pris une autre marque de sac à dos.

I like the bag buts it's a bit big on me. When I tighten it all the way the straps sit to close to my neck. I wish it cam in sizes otherwise its a good backpack.
Prévu pour un voyage en Mai 25 il sera dans toutes mes randos pédestres, magnifique couleur! Lumineux,ça donne envie de marcher! Vert menthe clair,en harmonie avec la nature,je recommande.
