1-ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Arsayo and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
The general terms and conditions of sale below apply to all orders placed on the website www.arsayo.com for all products and services offered on the website, unless otherwise agreed in advance between the two parties. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless there is a prior, express and written derogation.
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation.
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time and without notice by the company Arsayo, which will immediately publish the changes on the website. If the general terms and conditions of sale are amended, the conditions applicable to the contract the customer has concluded on the website will be those in force on the date of the order.
2-PRODUCTS
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. Should any errors appear in them, the company Arsayo cannot under any circumstances be held liable. All the products shown are available in our stock. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, Arsayo will inform the customer by email or phone and invite them either to confirm their order with the new lead time, or to change or cancel it.
Product offers and prices are valid, while stocks last, for as long as they are visible on the website.
3-ORDERING
The order will only be considered valid once the bank payment authorisation has been confirmed. If the bank or PayPal refuses the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The payment cards accepted are: Carte Bleue, E-CarteBleue, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express
Arsayo reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order or of the current order. The information given by the buyer when placing the order is binding on them. If the recipient's details are incorrect, the seller cannot be held responsible for being unable to deliver the product.
4-DELIVERY
After the order has been confirmed, Arsayo undertakes to meet the average delivery time shown on the website at the time of ordering. However, this time frame is not a strict deadline, and the company Arsayo cannot be held liable for delivery delays or stock shortages.
Orders are shipped by La Poste (French postal service), Mondial Relay or UPS for deliveries within mainland France. The carriers UPS, FedEx or UPS are used for international orders. Arsayo reserves the right to use any other carrier.
In the event of a delay, Arsayo cannot be held liable. No compensation may be claimed by the customer.
Your parcel will be delivered to the postal address you provided or made available at your local post office.
On receipt of the delivery, it is your responsibility to check it immediately and to notify the carrier "La Poste" of any reservations by letter within 3 days.
Arsayo cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by particular external events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
If you have not yet received your product, or precise information through the online tracking of your delivery, within 7 working days of your order, we suggest you contact your post office directly.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of the products, customs duties, value added tax and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.
All orders placed on the website www.arsayo.com are intended for the customers' personal use. Customers or recipients of the products shall not resell the products, in whole or in part. Arsayo declines all legal liability if the customer does not pay these charges. For France and EEC countries, the company Arsayo reserves the choice of shipping method: La Poste, UPS or any carrier of its choice.
5-RETURNS POLICY
For distance selling (where the parties are not physically present at the same time), consumers have, under Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods (or from acceptance of the offer for services) to make up their mind. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, Arsayo must refund the full amount paid by the customer, or exchange the item free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.
In the event of a refund, a bank transfer of the amount paid, excluding delivery costs, will be sent to the customer. Exchanges and refunds will only be carried out after the quality of the returned items has been checked. Items must not have been used or have suffered any damage, however minor. They must be returned in their original packaging, intact, together with any accessories. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted. The cost of returning the bag is borne by the customer, and Arsayo covers the cost of sending a new bag in the case of an exchange.
This contract is governed by French law. Arsayo cannot be held liable for damage of any kind that may result from improper use of the products sold. Arsayo's liability shall in any event be limited to the price of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in presenting the products. In the event of difficulty in applying this contract, the buyer may, before taking any legal action, seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional trade association, a consumer association or any other adviser of their choice. . Please note that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal warranty or the duration of the contractual warranty. Please note that, as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty requires the buyer to honour their financial obligations towards the seller.
6-SELLING PRICE
All product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the price shown when the order is registered, barring any proven error. Arsayo reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. The products remain the property of the company Arsayo until the price has been paid in full. The price is payable in full in a single payment.
Currently, the crossed-out price shows the final price at our partner shops. The price that is not crossed out represents a 20% discount on all direct sales on Arsayo.com.
For all orders, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination country.
Arsayo reserves the right to change its prices at any time, in particular due to changes in its suppliers' purchase prices. However, for any order placed, Arsayo guarantees the price shown on the date of the order.
For any order, the order amount is payable in a single payment when the order is placed.
7-WARRANTY
Arsayo does everything it can to meet the quality requirements of its products. That is why, for each item ordered, we tell you precisely what to do so that you can enjoy your product as quickly as possible.

We will repair or exchange the product as soon as possible.
Remember to give your contact details for the return. In all cases, the repair will be free of charge and will not incur any additional cost. Any shipping costs to our offices and back will be borne by the customer.
Lack of conformity that appears within twenty-four months of delivery of the goods is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The company Arsayo cannot be held responsible for failure to comply with the regulations and laws in force in the country of receipt. Arsayo's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product concerned, as valued on its date of sale, and without recourse against the brand or the company that produced the product.
8-PERSONAL INFORMATION
Arsayo is owned in its entirety, together with all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the owners' authorisation. No commercial use, even partial, of the information presented may be tolerated without the prior agreement of the company Arsayo. Hypertext links to the website are permitted without a specific request. This will not constitute an implicit affiliation agreement. However, Arsayo reserves the right to require their removal on request.
9-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
