1-GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTATION
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the Arsayo company and its customer, the two parties accepting them without reservation.
The general conditions of sale below apply to all orders placed on the site www.arsayo.com for all the products and services offered on the site except prior agreement between the two parties. These general terms and conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.
The customer acknowledges having taken note, at the time of the placing of order, of the particular conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
The present conditions can be modified at any time and without notice by the company Arsayo which will immediately pass on the site the changes made. In the event of modification of the general conditions of sale, the conditions applicable to the contract that the customer has concluded on the site will be those in force at the date of the order.
2-PRODUCTS
The photographs illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field. If errors have arisen, in no case, the responsibility of the Arsayo company can not be committed. All the products presented are available in our stocks. In case of unavailability after the order is placed, Arsayo will inform the customer by e-mail or by telephone and will invite him to either confirm his order within the new deadlines, or to modify or cancel it.
The offers of products and prices are valid, within the limit of available stocks, as long as they are visible on the site.
3-ORDER
The order will be considered valid after confirmation of the bank payment agreement. In case of refusal of the bank or paypal, the order will be canceled automatically.
The accepted payment cards are: Carte Bleue, E-CarteBleue, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express
In case of payment of your order by bank check, your order will be processed upon receipt of your order form and payment by bank check. The cashing of the check is made upon receipt of the check and receipt of the additional information requested in case of payment by check requiring further checks.
Arsayo reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or the order in progress. The information stated by the purchaser, when taking the order, engages the latter. 4-DELIVERY
After confirmation of the order, Arsayo undertakes to respect the average delivery time indicated on the site at the time of the order. However this period does not constitute a delay of rigor and the Arsayo company will not be able to see its responsibility engaged in case of delayed delivery or out of stock.
Orders are shipped by Chronopost (French Post office services, for France and European Union) and DHL (international).
In case of delay, the liability of Arsayo can not be incurred. No compensation can be claimed by the customer.
Your package will be delivered to the post address you indicate or made available in the post office you depend on.
It is your responsibility at the time of receipt of the delivery to check immediately this one and to formulate the reserves with the carrier "Post office" by letter within 3 days.
Arsayo can not be held liable for delivery delays for specific external events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
If you have not yet received your product or precise information via the on-line tracking of your delivery within 7 working days following your order, we propose you to check directly to your post office.
Moreover, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country or the receipt of the order.
All orders placed on the site www.arsayo.com are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of products shall refrain from any partial or total resale of the products. Arsayo disclaims any legal liability if payment of the fees is not made by the customer. For France and the countries of the EEC, the company Arsayo reserves the choice of the routing: the Post, Chronopost or any carrier of its choice.
5-RETURNS POLICY
In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the consumer has, according to Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods (or the acceptance of the offer for the services) to form an opinion. When the 14-days period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In case of the application of the right of cancellation, Arsayo has to reimburse the total paid by the customer, or to exchange without expenses, except the expenses of shipping return. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.
In case of refund, a check of the amount paid, excluding delivery costs, will be returned to the customer. In case of exchange or refund, these will only be carried out after checking the quality of the items returned. The articles must not have been used or have suffered deterioration, even minor. They must be returned in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back. The returning cost of the bag is at the customer's expense and Arsayo offers the cost of sending a new bag as part of an exchange.
The present contract is subject to French law. Arsayo can not be held responsible for damages of any kind, which could result from a misuse of the products marketed. The responsibility of Arsayo will, in any case, be limited to the price of the order and can not be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have subsisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In case of difficulty in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. It is recalled that the search for the amicable solution does not interrupt the "short time" of the legal guarantee nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee implies that the purchaser honors his financial obligations towards the seller.
6-SELLING PRICE
All prices of products are indicated in euros including all taxes. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the presented price at the time of the registration of the orders except for shown errors. Arsayo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The products remain the property of the company Arsayo until the complete collection of the price. The price is payable in full and in one payment.
Currently, the crossed price indicates the final price at our partners stores. The non-crossed price presents 20% off for all direct sells on Arsayo.com.
For all orders, the amount of postage will be calculated according to the destination of the country.
Arsayo reserves the right to change prices at any time, in particular as a result of changes in the purchase prices of its suppliers. However, for any order placed, Arsayo warrants the price indicated on the date of the order.
For all orders, the amount of the order is payable at one time upon order.
7-WARRANTY

Defects in conformity which appear within twenty-four months from the delivery of the goods are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The Arsayo company can not be held responsible for the non-respect of the regulations and legislative in force in the country of reception. The responsibility of Arsayo is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at its date of sale and without recourse to the brand or company producing the product.
8-NOMINATIVE INFORMATION
Arsayo is the property in its entirety with all related rights. Any reproduction, integral or partial, is systematically subjected to the authorization of the owners. No commercial exploitation, even partial, of the indications presented can be tolerated without the prior agreement of the Arsayo company. Links of the hypertext type to the site are allowed without specific request. This will not be an implicit affiliation agreement. However, Arsayo reserves the right to require withdrawal upon request.
9-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
